The impact of these updates should be minor on your operations as they reflect changes that have already been made to drone regulations and the supporting manual of standards (MOS) over the past 12 to 24 months.

- changes to the Use of NOTAMs section to align with the current NOTAM submission methods
- inclusion of remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) registration requirements
- changes to the Australia Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) accident and incident reporting requirements to reflect their latest requirements
- changed information on noise regulations (new regulations are set out in the Air Navigation (Aircraft Noise) Regulations 2018).
